NextGen Federal Services LLC will perform a $57 million software contract for the Defense Information Systems Agency to support complex military operations.
Protester Red Cedar Harmonia LLC, which submitted a $73 million bid, couldn’t show that the agency improperly adjusted its proposed staffing plan that increased its proposed price, said Judge Charles F. Lettow of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
The agency reasonably explained that it increased the number of hours in Red Cedar’s labor mix due to concerns about the company’s ability to perform if it won the contract, the court said.
