ASG Solutions Corp. failed to convince the Federal Circuit to reinstate its challenge to the US Navy’s decision to terminate its contract for engineering and program-management services at Naval Air Station Jacksonville.
The US Court of Federal Claims correctly ruled that the Navy acted reasonably, because ASG failed to satisfy the contractual requirement of having 20 facilities technical experts ready to perform, the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit said Monday in a nonprecedential opinion to affirm.
ASG received a $17 million task order in 2022. The Navy issued it under the Seaport NxG Contract.
