Navistar Loses Protest of Oshkosh’s $320 Million Vehicle Award

Navistar Defense LLC lost its challenge in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims to the U.S. Army’s decision to award a $320 million sole-source order to Oshkosh Defense LLC for medium tactical vehicles.

The court granted the government’s and Oshkosh’s motions for judgment on the administrative record, the one-page judgment said.

The court’s opinion detailing the rationale for the decision will be released at a later date.
