Myriddian LLC’s protest of an $11 million contract to Cloud Harbor Economics LLC to support the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services is now dismissed.
The protest is dismissed as moot, according to a Tuesday judgment by the US Court of Federal Claims. In a June 12 order, the court said it held a telephonic status conference on “to discuss the withdrawal of the underlying award decision.”
The Justice Department declined to comment. Counsel for Myriddian didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
