A former supply chain manager and Moog Inc. have agreed to end a suit alleging that the company violated the False Claims Act by firing the employee in retaliation for calling attention to what he believed was an improper airplane parts manufacturing process.
Charles Shi and Moog filed a stipulation of discontinuance Thursday to dismiss all claims with prejudice with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York.
Counsel for Shi declined to comment. Counsel for Moog didn’t immediately respond to a request for comments.
