Molina Healthcare, Whistleblower Settle Nursing Home Suit (1)

Molina Healthcare of Illinois Inc. and a whistleblower have reached a settlement in a False Claims Act suit alleging that the company misrepresented to Medicaid its performance of a skilled nursing facility services contract, a federal district court said.

The suit filed by whistleblower Thomas Prose in 2017 is dismissed in its entirety, Judge Virgina M. Kendall, of the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, said in a Tuesday order.
