MLT Systems LLC will perform a $45 million task order to support the Marine Corps’ Advanced Amphibious Assault program, the Government Accountability Office said.
Protester and incumbent contractor Davis Defense Group Inc. couldn’t show that the Marine Corps erred in determining that its bid was technically unacceptable, the GAO said.
The agency reasonably concluded that Davis’s staffing plan was unlikely to result in an acceptable level of contract performance, the GAO said.
The agency couldn’t determine from Davis’s bid what level of support certain tasks would receive and in what manner those tasks would be accomplished, the GAO also said. ...
