Mitchell Consulting Services Group Inc. can continue to allege the US Army improperly took corrective action in a testing services procurement, which included canceling a $66 million contract and amending the solicitation, according to the US Court of Federal Claims.
The protest isn’t moot because Mitchell’s amended complaint contends that the corrective action is irrational, Judge Loren A. Smith said in an opinion made public Wednesday. Mitchell’s challenge is no longer focused on alleged errors in the contract award decision, Smith said.
