V3Gate LLC and Sierra7 Inc. failed to show that a decision backing the award of two task orders for personal computers and peripherals was based on errors, the GAO said in a decision released Wednesday.
The Government Accountability Office on Jan. 4 upheld the US Department of Veterans Affairs award of a $418.8 million task order to Minburn Technology Group LLC, and a $423.3 million task order to AATD LLC. The GAO reasonably engaged in clarifications with AATD, the GAO said in that decision.
