Caring Hands Health Equipment & Supplies LLC can pursue its claims that the US Department of Veterans Affairs breached contracts for delivery of government-owned medical equipment to veterans, the Federal Circuit said Monday.
The parties’ 2015 contracts were requirements contracts, Chief Judge Kimberly A. Moore of the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit said in a nonprecedential opinion, and the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals was wrong to hold otherwise.
