MDA Space Shares Fall 18% After Trump Hints at NASA Cuts (2)

MDA Space sank as much as 18% Friday afternoon in Toronto, erasing earlier gains that reached 2.8% after US President Donald Trump’s administration proposed cutting $6 billion from NASA. In 2024, MDA Space was awarded a contract to build Canadarm3 which is used on Gateway, a space station that could be affected by funding cuts.
