A Maryland man has pleaded guilty today to bank fraud and admitted to stealing over $2 million from eight clients, according to the Justice Department Tuesday.
Graham Hauck, who served as president and CEO of Hauck & Associates Inc., also pleaded guilty to bank fraud in May of 2023 for stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from one former client.
Per his plea agreements, Hauck must pay full restitution to the victims and will be liable for forfeiture money judgments, said the agency.
