Charles Carmakal has joined the advisory board of Marlinspike Partners, the venture capital firm said Tuesday.
Carmakal, who is currently CTO for Mandiant Consulting, has more than 20 years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
He leads a team of incidence responders, analysts, and consultants that help organizations respond to security breaches from foreign governments and organized criminals, Marlinspike said.
