Former ManTech Telecommunications and Information Systems Corp. employees adequately accused the defense contractor of violating the False Claims Act by improperly billing the U.S. Army under a $3 billion contract for mine resistant vehicles, a Washington federal court said Tuesday.
The employees sufficiently alleged that ManTech falsely reported labor hours under the contract in order to receive payments, Judge Amy Berman Jackson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia said.
