The Justice Department reasonably eliminated ManTech Advanced Systems International Inc. and
ManTech’s inclusion of a labor pricing category in its proposal, that wasn’t identified in the request for proposals, was a material error that couldn’t be fixed by a clarification, Judge Nancy B. Firestone said.
ManTech conceded that proposing to charge the DOJ additional management and administrative costs violated competition terms, the court said.
