Magellan’s Protest of Army Support Award Tossed as Speculative

Dynamic Systems Technology Inc. can move ahead with its $13.5 million task order to provide human resources support to US Army soldiers, dependents, civilians, and retirees in South Korea, the GAO said in a decision released Tuesday.

Protester Magellan Federal’s protest is dismissed because allegations about Dynamic Systems’ personnel are speculative, and are therefore insufficient to establish a valid challenge, the Government Accountability Office said.
