Louis Berger Aircraft Services Keeps Navy Air Terminal Contracts

Louis Berger Aircraft Services Inc. will perform air terminal and ground handling services contracts for the US Navy in Rota, Spain, and Naples, Italy, despite claims that it made misrepresentations about its past performance, according to a US Court of Federal Claims opinion.

Alisud-Gesac Handling-Servisair 2 Scarl—also known as Algese—asserted that Louis Berger made material representations about labor unrest for its incumbent contract at the Rota airbase, and that Navy should have downgraded Louis Berger’s rating.
