Lockheed Unable to Show SAIC Conflict in Prototype Procurement

Lockheed Martin Corp. failed to show that the US Air Force unreasonably overlooked Science Applications International Corp.'s alleged organizational conflicts of interest in a prototype procurement, the Government Accountability Office said.

The Air Force reasonably determined that SAIC doesn’t have an impaired objectivity conflict or an unequal access to information conflict from its work on another Air Force contract that requires eliminating SAIC from the competition, the GAO said in a decision released Thursday.
