Lockheed, Small Business Nonprofit End Suit Over Documents

A nonprofit organization moved to voluntarily dismiss its nearly four-year-old Freedom of Information Act suit seeking information about defense contractors and their subcontracting approaches, according to a filing in California federal court.

Plaintiff American Small Business League, the U.S. government, and Lockheed Martin Corp. agreed to end the dispute in their stipulation of dismissal filed Feb. 25 with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
