Lockheed Martin, QTC Beat Agent Orange Screening Fraud Case

QTC Medical Services Inc. and parent company Lockheed Martin Corp. defeated claims that they violated the False Claims Act under a contract to make medical benefits determinations for Vietnam War veterans exposed to toxic defoliant Agent Orange.

Whistleblower David Vatan couldn’t show that QTC submitted false claims to the Department of Veterans Affairs by failing to satisfy standards for reviewing disability requests and training analysts, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California found.
