Lockheed Martin Gets Aircraft Parts Fraud Lawsuit Thrown Out

Lockheed Martin Corp. won dismissal of a whistleblower’s False Claims Act suit alleging that the company improperly billed the government for aircraft parts because the suit is related to a previously filed action, a Texas federal district court said.
