Linguist Contract Whistleblowers Hold on to Document Access Win

Whistleblowers alleging that Global Linguist Solutions LLC, DynCorp International LLC, and others engaged in a fraudulent scheme to win translation contracts in Kuwait worth over $14 billion kept their discovery win allowing them to access documents from accounting firm Western Maine Accounting Services LLC, according to a federal district court.
