Leidos Exits Challenge to VA IT Procurement Worth $61 Billion

Leidos Inc. has dropped its challenge alleging that it was improperly denied a contract under under the US Department of Veterans Affairs’ nearly $61 billion information technology procurement, known as Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation 2, or T4NG2.

The company filed a notice of voluntary dismissal Monday with the US Court of Federal Claims. Counsel for Leidos didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
