Leidos, Booz Allen Hamilton to End IT Procurement Challenges

Leidos Inc. and Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. told a federal court they no longer wish to challenge a US Department of Energy IT services procurement, under which Accenture Federal Services LLC won a $3.5 billion blanket purchase agreement earlier this year.

Both Leidos and Booz Allen Hamilton filed notices Monday with the US Court of Federal Claims, saying they want to end their protests following the department’s voluntary remand concerning the Chief Information Officer Business Operations Support Services 2.0 Blanket Purchase Agreement. The parties didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
