Leidos’ $103.5 Million Federal Trade Commission IT Order Stands

Leidos Inc. can proceed with a $103.5 million order to provide the Federal Trade Commission with IT services and solutions, the GAO said in a decision released Monday.

Protester NetCentrics Corp. failed to show that the award was tainted by an “unequal access to information” organizational conflict of interest, and that the FTC didn’t reasonably investigate it, the Government Accountability Office said.
