Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. and the US government have ended their 7-year dispute over costs incurred under an Alaska road project for the Federal Highway Administration.
The parties filed a joint stipulation of dismissal with the US Court of Federal Claims on Wednesday. The case is now dismissed.
Counsel for Kiewit didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment. The Justice Department didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
In 2012, Kiewit received a $1 million design and reconstruction contract on Prince of Wales Island.
