Kenn Borek’s $21 Million Canada Aircraft Services Award Upheld

Air Borealis LP lost its challenge to Kenn Borek Air Ltd.'s $21 million US Air Force contract to provide airlift support services in the Canadian Arctic.

The US Court of Federal Claims on Wednesday granted judgment on the administrative record to the government and Kenn Borek. The court’s opinion is under seal.

Air Borealis protested at the court in October after an unsuccessful challenge at the Government Accountability Office.
