KBR’s $307 Million Army Support Order Withstands Amentum Protest

KBR Services LLC can proceed with a $307 million US Army task order to provide prepositioned stock support services at locations in Europe, the GAO said in a decision released Friday.

Amentum Parsons Logistics Services LLC—a joint venture comprised of five members—wasn’t an interested party that could protest the award because inconsistent statements in its task order proposal made it ineligible, the Government Accountability Office said.

The request for task order proposals was issued under the fifth generation of the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program, or LOGCAP V. Amentum Parsons, KBR, Vectrus Inc. and Fluor Corp. submitted bids.
