KBR, US Army Corps Settle Romania Missile Defense Dispute (2)

Kellogg Brown & Root Services Inc. and the US Army Corps of Engineers settled their dispute over a contract to build a missile defense system in Romania, a contract appeals board said in an order released Thursday.

Administrative Judge Daniel S. Herzfeld of the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals granted the parties’ motion to dismiss. The order didn’t disclose settlement terms. Counsel for KBR declined to comment. The agency also declined to comment.
