KBR Diego Garcia Gets Navy to Reconsider Base Support Contract

KBR Diego Garcia LLC’s protest of the US Navy’s decision to award Amentum Mitie Pacific LLC a $656 million maximum value base operation support contract is dismissed without prejudice, because the agency will make a new award decision.

The Navy is poised to release evaluation notices and discussion questions to the offerors, and will then evaluate new proposals and make a new selection, Judge Edward H. Meyers of the US Court of Federal Claims said in a Tuesday order.
