Justices Pass on Bid to Reopen Fraud Suit Against McKesson Unit

The US Supreme Court said Monday that it won’t review whether an appeals court improperly rejected a False Claims Act suit alleging that McKesson Corp. subsidiary US Oncology Inc. defrauded Medicare.
