Johnson Controls Wins $378 Million U.S. Army Contract

Johnson Controls International Plc was awarded a U.S. Army contract valued at up to $378 million.

  • U.S. government contract orders made up about 1.6 percent of the company’s revenue in the four quarters ended March 2025

Following is the text from the Defense Department announcement:

Johnson Controls Building Automation Systems LLC was awarded a $377 million firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement, installation, maintenance, and service of building automation systems. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of July 16, 2030.
