JKB Solutions, US Army End Instruction Services Contract Dispute

JKB Solutions & Services LLC and the US Army resolved their five-year dispute over a $1 million contract for instruction services at the US Army Logistics University.

The parties submitted a joint stipulation of dismissal to Judge Thompson M. Dietz of the US Court of Federal Claims on Thursday. Neither counsel for JKB nor the US Justice Department immediately responded to a request for comment.
