JG Contracting can defend its $525 million award to provide construction services to the US Space Force from West Pacific-CMCS JV’s protest, the US Court of Federal Claims said.
JG, one of four awardees under the the agency’s procurement, showed a direct interest in joining the suit as an intervenor, because West Pacific seeks to terminate the contracts awarded, Judge Richard A. Hertling said in an order made public Monday.
