Jacobs Fails to Show Error in $255 Million Procurement Decision

The US National Guard Bureau is cleared to move forward with a $255 million architect-engineer services procurement after Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. failed to show that the agency improperly rejected its contract proposal.

Jacobs didn’t establish that the agency erred in reviewing its employees’ qualifications or its past performance before excluding the company from the competition, Judge David A. Tapp of the US Court of Federal Claims said in an opinion made public on Tuesday. Tapp granted the government judgment on the administrative record.
