Jacobs’ $4 Billion Space Force Contract Challenged by RGNext

Range Generation Next LLC says the US Space Force committed several errors before awarding Jacobs Technology Inc. a $4 billion maximum value contract for space launch operations services.

RGNext said in a US Court of Federal Claims complaint made public Tuesday that the agency conducted flawed technical and cost evaluations. The court should enjoin contract performance, the complaint says.

The protester—the incumbent Space Force contractor—is a joint venture of Raytheon Co. and General Dynamics Information Technology Inc.
