J&J Contractors Inc. lost a protest challenging its elimination from an Army Corps of Engineers procurement to build a Nuclear Command Control and Communications acquisitions management facility at Hanscom Air Force Base in Massachusetts.
The Army Corps reasonably determined that J&J’s bid was unacceptable under a small business participation factor because the company didn’t provide past performance information, the Government Accountability Office said in a decision released Tuesday.
The solicitation required an affirmative statement about prior contracts that J&J didn’t provide, the GAO said.
