Oxford Federal LLC is allowed to amend its complaint alleging that the US Army Corps of Engineers improperly terminated for default a contract to build ammunition facilities and access roads at Ramon Air Force Base in Israel.
The project was solicited under the Foreign Military Sales program that requires American-funded construction contracts to be funded by the Army Corps, and awarded to American contractors for the benefit of Israel acting through the Israel Ministry of Defense.
