Task orders on contracts held by International Business Machines Corp., Accenture Plc, and Maximus Inc. top a list of deals the Internal Revenue Service plans to roll up under a portfolio of new blanket purchase agreements that will form the core of the agency’s new $2.6 billion Enterprise Development, Operations Services (EDOS) IT modernization services vehicle.
