Invictus Associates Keeps $73.7 Million Navy Fleet Support Award

Invictus Associates LLC can proceed with a $73.7 million US Navy task order for professional fleet readiness support services, the Government Accountability Office said in a decision released Tuesday.

Protester SunStone Technical Solutions LLC failed to show that the Navy erred in assigning Invictus a “satisfactory confidence” past performance rating, the GAO said.

SunStone argued that the Navy should have recognized that the dollar values of Invictus’ past performance references were less than 1/10 of the task order.
