Idemia Wins Protest of $79 Million DHS Facility Access Contract

The US Department of Homeland Security improperly awarded Guidehouse LLP a $79 million contract to provide an identity enrollment system and credential management system, the GAO said in a decision released Wednesday.

Protester Idemia National Security Solutions LLC showed that the department conducted a flawed past performance evaluation, which was competitively prejudicial to Idemia, the Government Accountability Office said.
