Idemia Identity Keeps Contract to Support TSA’s PreCheck Program

Idemia Identity & Security USA LLC will perform a contract to support the Transportation Services Administration’s PreCheck Program, which provides prescreening for known, low-risk passengers at commercial airports, a federal court said.

Protester Telos Identity Management Solutions LLC couldn’t show that the agency’s Universal Enrollment Services procurement violated the TSA Modernization Act by not seeking at least two contractors to provide services, said Judge Loren Smith of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

The agency reasonably found that the act’s requirement didn’t apply to PreCheck, the court said.
