Idaho-based America Health Inc. and its owners will pay $2 million to the US government to resolve claims in a False Claims Act suit alleging they made misrepresentations to receive loans under the Paycheck Protection Program.
A consent judgment was signed Wednesday by US Magistrate Judge Deborah K. Grasham of the US District Court for the District of Idaho.
