Loyal Source Government Services LLC lost its protest of being eliminated from an Immigration and Customs Enforcement procurement for medical support staffing services worth nearly $3 billion, according to a GAO decision released on Wednesday.
Loyal Source failed to show that the agency engaged in unequal treatment by including, in the competitive range, bidders with “weaknesses” that weren’t materially different from those in Loyal Source’s proposal, the Government Accountability Office said.
There is no factual basis to infer that any competitors were substantively indistinguishable from Loyal Source, the GAO said.
