Honeywell Must Face Power Supply Fraud Case, Supreme Court Told

The U.S. Supreme Court should reinstate claims that Honeywell International Inc. defrauded the U.S. Army under a $162 million project to supply electricity at Fort Richardson, Alaska, whistleblowers said in newly filed petition for review.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit improperly concluded that they failed to support their claim that Honeywell made false guarantees about cost savings in violation of the False Claims Act, they said.
