HomeSafe Alliance LLC’s $18 million bid to provide household goods relocation services to military personnel didn’t raise national security concerns requiring disruption of US Transportation Command’s contract award.

Protester American Roll-On Roll-Off Carrier Group Inc. argued that the agency didn’t properly consider security risks posed by by HomeSafe’s ownership structure. HomeSafe is a joint venture of KBR Services LLC and Tier One Relocation LLC.
