Hoffmann-La Roche Whistleblower Drops Tamiflu Fraud Suit (2)

A whistleblower moved to end his False Claims Act suit against Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. alleging that the company misrepresented the benefits of antiviral drug Tamiflu to the US Department of Health and Human Services.

Thomas Jefferson moved for voluntary dismissal with the US District Court for the District of Maryland, and Hoffman-La Roche agreed to the dismissal, according to a Wednesday court filing.
