Haynes and Boone has added 19 lawyers from Northern Virginia government contracting law firm Smith Pachter McWhorter, the firm said Tuesday.
SPM focuses on government contracts, construction, and white-collar law, Haynes and Boone said. The lawyers joining Haynes and Boone include Kathryn Griffin, SPM’s managing partner, who represents builders, engineers, and technology companies in disputes with the federal government.
The group will work from SPM’s current location in Tysons, Va., establishing a new Northern Virginia outpost for Haynes and Boone, the firm said.
