Harbor Healthcare System LP and federal prosecutors have ended their dispute over documents obtained from the company’s director of compliance during investigations into possible False Claims Act violations.
The parties filed a joint stipulation of dismissal April 14. Judge Andrew S. Hanen of US District Court for the Southern District of Texas ordered the case dismissed the same day.
The parties didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
