Consulting firm Guidehouse Inc.'s failed to prove that the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency received its emails as part of final quotation revisions, the US Government Accountability Office said in rejecting Guidehouse’s protest of an auditing services contract.
“It is a vendor’s responsibility to deliver its quotation to the proper place at the proper time, and the protester has the burden to show that it timely delivered its quotation,” the GAO said in a Jan. 19 decision released Monday.
